All Auto Accidents Are Serious, Regardless of Injury

Accidents can vary in severity from situations involving death or near-death to minor fender-benders in parking lots. Regardless of the severity, it is important to understand that you have rights in these situations. For all auto accident cases, big and small, you deserve to receive the medical treatment that you need and to be made whole to the extent possible under the law.

Avoiding Tactics from Insurance Companies

There are many tactics that insurance companies may use that could lessen the value of your claim including discussions with you, fixing your car at their body shop (where the car will only be minimally fixed), and asking to retrieve your medical information for you, potentially allowing insurance companies to dig into your past to try to use it against you. It is easy to feel overwhelmed and intimidated following a car accident, especially when injuries are involved. As a result, it is important to work with an attorney who understands your position and who defends it.

At Redkey Gordon, our attorneys have years of experience handling personal injury and auto accident cases, and can help you get your auto accident claim moving in the right direction. We can facilitate and help you in all aspects of the case, to help you receive the treatment and care necessary to try to get back to your pre-accident status.

We also know the ways that you can get the treatment you need when medical providers refuse to treat you because of a lack of money.
